Return & Refund Policy

At FMC 247, we provide digital services and solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Because of the nature of our work, our return and refund policy differs from physical product businesses.

1. Services

• Consultations & Service Fees: Non-refundable once delivered.
• Deposits: Non-refundable but may be credited toward future services if a project is cancelled before work begins.
• Cancellations: If a project is cancelled before the kickoff phase, a partial refund may be granted at FMC 247’s discretion.
• Work in Progress: Fees for completed work or hours already spent are non-refundable.

2. Completed Work

Once a project has been completed and delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable. Revisions may be provided as outlined in the service agreement.

3. Digital Products (if applicable)

All sales of digital downloads, templates, or software are final unless the product is defective or fails to work as described.

4. Disputes

We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us directly within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
