FMC 247 provides web design, development, digital solutions, and technical support services. Scope and details of work are defined in project agreements or proposals.

2. Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

3. Intellectual Property

• All project deliverables remain the property of FMC 247 until full payment is received.
• After full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client (unless otherwise stated).
• FMC 247 retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide all required content, approvals, and access in a timely manner.
• Ensure submitted materials (text, images, files) do not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Revisions & Scope

• Revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement.
• Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

• FMC 247 is not liable for business losses, downtime, or damages arising from use of delivered services or third-party integrations.
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

• FMC 247 reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of contract, or misuse of deliverables.
• Clients may terminate services at any time, but fees for work already performed remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada (Province of Ontario).
